We promote a free to roam policy, this enables our clients to change their stylist whenever they wish, and we believe are all part of the same team as well as share varies strengths in our abilities. We hope our clients feel comfortable to try other stylists and experience ‘consistency’ throughout their visits.
We appreciate that hairdressing terminology varies from salon to salon, magazines etc with explanations to match, we encourage our team to put this terminology into a simple everyday context we all understand thus all aspects of our clients experience is understood fully enabling them to maintain their colour, cut etc easily at home.
